Vegan Roll With A Twist - How To Make Sushi Series


This weeks DIY sushi episode brings yet another level to the skill game with our Vegan Roll with a twist. Instead of using nori for this roll (seaweed sheet) we make our own sheet using blanched romaine lettuce leafs. Its not hard to make the leafs, nor is it hard placing everything inside of the roll; the skill comes with rolling everything together and then cutting it up and making it look appetizing.

We know we needed to keep our Vegans happy since they have been so voice-tress on our channel after our lobster video...we hope you enjoy this video made just for you all.

At age 10, Terada learned the basics of sushi from his father and then went on to attend RKC Chefs School in Kochi, Japan from 1987-1989.
